Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end supply planning for an assigned product portfolio.
Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within supply chain planning.
Balance demand, supply, and inventory to meet service, inventory, and forecast accuracy targets.
Monitor supply plans and adjust for changes in demand, constraints, or business priorities.
Collaborate with manufacturing sites and supply chain partners to ensure plan execution.
Identify supply risks early and develop practical mitigation actions.
Track and report performance against service level, inventory, and planning key performance indicators.
Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock and potential write-offs.
Support Sales and Business Planning processes with high-quality, timely inputs.
Drive continuous improvement through better planning processes, tools, and automation.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in supply chain planning and/or analytics roles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
Experience in supply planning, demand and supply alignment, and inventory management.
Knowledge of Sales and Business Planning processes and cross-functional planning environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.
Language : French speaking and writing : advanced and English speaking and writing : advanced
Desirable Requirements
Certification or demonstrated hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, or data analytics.
