Stage - Performance & Analytics Management (F/M)

We are seeking a Working Student for Performance & Analytics Management (F/M) at the Sartorius site in Aubagne (13) to drive impactful delivery‑performance improvements.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities :

• Analyze delivery reliability performance

• Collect and structure data from ERP and reporting systems

• Develop and maintain Loss Trees to identify root causes of delivery deviations

• Perform variance analyses (target vs. actual)

• Identify performance gaps and propose data‑driven improvements

• Monitor the impact of implemented improvement actions​

What will convince us - Your Profile :

• Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field

• Strong analytical and structured mindset

• Interest in performance management, supply‑chain processes, and operational excellence

• Basic understanding of delivery performance KPIs (e.g., OTD)

• Affinity for data analysis

• Fluent in English
