Job Description

The Sr. FP&A Analyst - Global Services will play a critical role in providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for GE Precision Healthcare LLC's global services operations. This position will contribute to strategic decision-making by delivering insightful financial analyses, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of global services operating plans, budgets, and forecasts, collaborating with various stakeholders across regions and functions.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of services performance, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of financial results.

• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

• Support strategic initiatives and business cases by providing financial modeling, profitability analysis, and return on investment (ROI) assessments.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Partner with operational teams to understand business dynamics, translate operational metrics into financial implications, and provide financial guidance.

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a financial subject matter expert.

• Digitalize key financial reports in PowerBI and apply AI features to analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a global services environment.

• Proven ability to build complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify key drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan) is required.

• Experience in developing dashboards in PowerBI and application of AI features to analytics.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $105,600.00-$158,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
