The engineer will focus on maintaining and enhancing the availability, performance, and security of the global network infrastructure through hands-on engineering, structured troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.</p><p></p><p>Success in this role requires a proven track record in Network Infrastructure Operations, with deep expertise across core networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Data Center, Load Balancers). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong execution skills, thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence are essential. Please note, this is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.</p><h1></h1><h1><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></h1><ul><li>Implement and maintain network infrastructure systems</li><li>Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment</li><li>Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance</li><li>Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems</li><li>Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions</li><li>Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades</li><li>Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning</li><li>Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures</li><li>Implement network security measures and best practices</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members</li></ul><h1></h1><h1><b>Basic Qualifications and Experience:</b></h1><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree with 8&#43; years of experience OR</li><li>Master&#39;s degree with 6&#43; years of experience OR</li><li>Diploma with 12&#43; years of relevant experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Functional Skills</b></p><p><b>Must-Have Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Previous, or current, CCNP certification (required)</li><li>Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)</li><li>Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)</li><li>Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)</li><li>Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)</li><li>Experience with network security concepts and implementation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Good-to-Have Skills:</b></p><ul><li>CCIE certification</li><li>Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Experience with network monitoring tools</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL practices</li><li>Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting</li><li>Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-WAN)</li><li>Familiarity with network orchestration platforms</li><li>Good knowledge of industry tools</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):</b></p><ul><li>CCNP certification (<b>mandatory</b>)</li><li>CCIE certification (preferred)</li><li>F5 Certified Expert (preferred)</li><li>Infoblox certification (preferred)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities</li><li>Team collaboration and knowledge sharing</li><li>Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Shift Information</b>: This position requires you to be onsite and participate in 24/5 and weekend on call in rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift.
