Provide personal assistance to the China RA head in the in day-to-day business, respecting the confidentiality and good practice.</p><p>2. In addition to standard secretarial activities (calendar, meetings, travel etc.) this position includes contributing to organizational changes and business improvement processes, monitoring and –if appropriate – distribution of relevant corporate information, provide support for external stakeholders and other departmental or company and R&amp;D level projects.</p><p>3. For the specific sub-roles this includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Internal approval activities related to RA and R&amp;D</li><li>Building a strong culture in RA and R&amp;D</li><li>Supporting, engaging and caring for team members</li></ul><p>4.
