Your responsibilities include:
Perform documented and structured manual System Testing to assess product quality, identify risks, and provide objective insights that support informed decision-making.

Analyze requirements and other test basis documentation, design and review test cases, execute tests, and translate findings into effective test approaches, test plans, and effort estimates.
Actively contribute to sprint and release planning, raising quality concerns and advocating for testing priorities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Monitor test progress, quality metrics, and test coverage, maintain test ware, and communicate results, quality status, and key risks to teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Provide well-founded advice on quality-related decisions and proactively address risks, bottlenecks, priorities, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct peer reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, deliverables, and quality practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams, share knowledge, coach less experienced testers, and promote testing best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert in functional testing, taking ownership of the quality, consistency, and further development of the discipline.
Contribute to team objectives by aligning testing activities with unit goals and broader business priorities.
Stay up to date with developments in testing and apply company policies, processes, and standards consistently.
