The Senior Technical Consultant (IBE / Rhapsody) will combine deep technical execution in Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) and Rhapsody integration workflows with structured delivery ownership across UAT, go-live, and post go-live L2 support.
This is a customer-facing role with increasing opportunity to support presales activities (solution feasibility, demos, PoCs) and gradually evolve into either a Solution Architect trajectory or a CPM/Technical Project Manager trajectory.
Your role:
Install, upgrade, configure, and validate IBE solutions in collaboration with customer IT teams.

Validate end-to-end integrations using HL7/DICOM principles (where applicable), SQL validation, and logging/monitoring tools.
Drive UAT support and go-live execution, including hypercare and stabilization activities.
Configure and validate customer integrations end-to-end (tools, logs, workflows, SQL verification).
Work with customer stakeholders to translate workflows into implementation and test plans.
Support UAT sessions and resolve integration issues with urgency and clarity.
Execute go-live activities and stabilization (hypercare), including monitoring and structured issue handling.
Run L2 support processes post go-live: triage, root cause isolation, configuration remediation, escalation.
Participate in presales workshops and prepare demo/PoC setups aligned with customer needs.
You're the right fit if:
You have at least 2 years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) in Software Development, Software Design & Architecture, Testing, or Quality Assurance—or you hold a Master’s degree with no prior experience required.
You bring strong design and development knowledge, experience with system integration, code reviews, architecture documentation, agile practices, and have mandatory knowledge of Rhapsody.
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
You demonstrate strong communication and mentoring skills, understand healthcare standards such as DICOM and HL7, and thrive in collaborative, agile environments.
