About The RoleMandatory Skills
• Own end‑to‑end market research projects, including scoping, research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Utilize advanced research tools (IBISWorld, Pitchbook, Cypris) for market sizing, segmentation, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.
• Design and administer surveys; conduct interviews and qualitative studies as needed.
• Analyze complex datasets and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
• Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews with subject matter experts and customers
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and deliver insights to senior leadership
• Coordinate activities across teams by aligning timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring milestones are met
• Work effectively across global time zones, including overlapping hours with US teams for discussions, readouts, and stakeholder reviews

• Develop dashboards and visualizations for leadership using Power BI or similar tools
• Manage or mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in research methodology

Required Qualifications
• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in market research, strategy, or related roles.
• Previous experience with consulting firms is preferred.
• Experience in team coordination or leadership is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft suite tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
