Senior Manager, Patient Programs

Position Summary
The Senior Patient Program Manager is responsible for driving the strategic evolution and operational excellence of BMS Patients Support Programs (PSPs). Reporting to the Patient and Health Systems Solutions Lead, the Patient Program Manager shapes strategy, designs innovative solutions and strives for enhanced patient access and patient journeys. They serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners, collaborating closely with cross-functional brand teams, with the broader Market Access, Public Affairs, and Patient Programs team and with partners/vendors as the lead on select patient programs.
The Patient Program Manager leads program strategy, manages program operations, oversees, vendor performance and leverages insights to inform program evolution.
The patient program manager works in full compliance with laws, regulations, business rules and BMS standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Le ou la chef(fe) principal(e), Programmes d’accès aux patients a pour mission de promouvoir l’évolution stratégique et l’excellence opérationnelle des programmes de soutien aux patient(e)s (PSP) de BMS. Relevant du responsable des solutions pour les patient(e)s et les systèmes de santé, le ou la chef(fe), Programmes d’accès aux patients définit la stratégie, conçoit des solutions novatrices et s’efforce d’améliorer l’accès pour les patient(e)s et leur parcours. Il ou elle agit à titre de principal point de contact entre les équipes internes et les partenaires externes, collaborant étroitement avec les équipes interfonctionnelles des marques, avec l’ensemble des équipes Accès au marché, Affaires publiques et Programmes d’accès aux patients, ainsi qu’avec les partenaires et les fournisseurs, en tant que responsable de certains programmes d’accès aux patient(e)s.
Le ou la chef(fe), Programmes d’accès aux patients dirige la stratégie du programme et gère ses opérations, supervise le rendement des fournisseurs et tire parti des renseignements pour éclairer l’évolution du programme.
Le ou la chef(fe), Programmes d’accès aux patients travaille en parfaite conformité avec les lois, la réglementation, les règles d’entreprise et les normes de conduite et d’éthique de BMS.

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
