Position Summary

• To deliver more innovative medicines to patients is our mission for Bristol Myers Squibb Japan. To achieve this mission, it is essential for us to evolve our commercial model to effectively launch new brands successfully and engage customers even under complex and competitive market situation. 

• The primary role is responsible for supporting the transformation in the sales team through Enhancement of Veeva CRM itself and Enhancement of CE^3 leverage data capabilities such as Veeva CRM. Another key role is leading and managing AI transformation initiatives to advance Veeva CRM and CE^3. Furthermore, to achieve this, this role leads change management for the sales team regarding information gathering and data input into Veeva CRM. Based on feedback from the sales team, he/she needs to configure input fields that will be more useful through CE^3 enhancements and also improve input efficiency. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams in Japan and WW, including the AIA, IT, Customer Engagement Platforms, Sales Force Excellence, WS, Omnichannel Strategist, Brand team, Sales team, Commercialization Learning, Commercial Legal & Compliance.

• This role is responsible for supporting the transformation in the sales team and CE^3, which is an important element of transformation, through data capabilities. From the perspective of data capabilities, it is necessary to make various proposals to the SFE, CEP, and sales team, and to accelerate the implementation of transformation to lead the business to success. Deep knowledge and understanding of the strategic business goals and priorities will be required together with effective cross-functional collaboration.
