General Description:
The Senior Manager, Agiloft Support will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical enhancements, integrations, and configuration updates within the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment. The ideal candidate has strong API integration skills, working knowledge of AWS infrastructure, hands on Agiloft configuration experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical solutions. For the right candidate without Agiloft experience, BeOne may decide to enroll the candidate into Agiloft training upon hire.
This role is a senior individual contributor position with functional ownership of the Agiloft support and integration ecosystem, providing technical leadership, standards, and mentorship to other team members. This role plays a critical part in enabling compliant, scalable contract operations by ensuring the Agiloft platform and integrations are reliable, auditable, and aligned with enterprise business processes.
Location: Warsaw, Poland or Dalian, China. Role requires regular collaboration with global stakeholders across US, China and EMEA time zones.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Integration Architecture & Development
- Own the end-to-end design and lifecycle of Agiloft integrations with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign and other systems.
- Define integration standards for security, monitoring, and scalability.
- Design, architect, and develop API-based integrations between Agiloft and other enterprise applications.
- Build robust logging, error handling, and retry logic within Lambda-based services; define clear HTTP status/error responses for API endpoint use cases.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to ensure integration endpoints meet network/security requirements.
- Configure and manage field‑level mappings between source and target systems, handling parent/child relationships and line‑item data.
- Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, error handling, scalability, and performance.
- Maintain and extend integration documentation, including requirements, technical design, data mappings, and sequence flows.
Workflow & Process Automation
- Enhance existing business workflows to incorporate new data inputs or integration-driven events.
- Streamline approval processes, automations, and business rules to support evolving operational requirements.
- Configure notifications, task generation, triggers, and conditional logic to improve lifecycle management and ensure process compliance.
Agiloft Platform Configuration
- Deliver multiple enhancements and backlog items within the Agiloft platform, including updates to tables, workflows, rules, permissions, dashboard components, and UI/UX.
- Implement new features and functional improvements aligned with prioritized business needs.
- Ensure configuration changes are compatible with existing integrations and do not require unintended system dependencies.
- Create conditional logic, alerts, and notifications to surface exceptions such as blocked records, inactive parties, or post‑execution events requiring action.
- Introduce new fields and data points necessary to support validation workflows or compliance tracking.
- Optimize system behavior to reduce manual intervention and ensure timely escalation of issues.
Agiloft Platform
- Provide training and technical support to users as required.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date integration requirement documents (IRD), integration design documents (IDD), configuration specifications, and architectural diagrams.
- Contribute to governance frameworks for change management, testing standards, release readiness, and integration lifecycle management.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field;
- Master’s preferred.
Technical Skills:
- 7+ years of configurations and integrations experience preferably in contract lifecycle management.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS Lambda–based integrations that serve as API endpoints and execute business logic for cross‑system data synchronization is required.
- 3+ years of experience with Agiloft configurations is preferred. For the right candidate, BeOne Medicines may waive this requirement and enroll the hired candidate into Agiloft training.
- Strong proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JAVA, .NET, HTML, OAuth2, or other integration patterns.
- Experience securely managing integration credentials and configuration using AWS Secrets Manager (e.g., API URLs, tokens, and service account credentials).
- Hands‑on experience creating workflows, tables, rules, and UI customizations.
- Ability to read and write technical specifications (IRD, IDD, sequence flows).
- Experience with enterprise systems such as OneTrust, SAP, Ariba, Workday, Salesforce or other platforms.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other backlog management tools is preferred.

Salary Range Poland: 276,000.00 PLN - 345,000.00 PLN
