Senior Executive- HVAC and Water system

Job Description:

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Senior Executive to manage and optimize HVAC and water systems within Ferring International Center S.A. This role involves overseeing system performance, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage and monitor budgets related to HVAC and water system operations and maintenance.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding system status, projects, and issues.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records related to HVAC and water system performance, maintenance, and compliance.
* Ensure timely delivery of results for all assigned projects and maintenance tasks.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external service providers.
* Display resilience and adaptability in responding to system challenges and evolving operational needs.
* Prepare and manage essential documentation, including reports, project plans, and compliance records.
* Proactively manage personal workload, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate initiative.
* Adhere to and improve office procedures related to facility management.
* Oversee the management and procurement of office supplies relevant to HVAC and water system maintenance.
* Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules for system upgrades, repairs, and installations.
* Think critically and solve complex problems related to HVAC and water system malfunctions and inefficiencies.
* Work collaboratively with engineering, facilities, and other departments to achieve operational excellence.
