Upgrade to Pro — $25/moThe Customer & Employee Events Sr. Specialist is a flexible, shared-service role within the Customer & Employee Engagement (CEE) team that supports a diverse portfolio of Meetings and Events, Trade Shows and Employee Engagement programs, shifting focus and priorities as business demand fluctuates.
This role often receives direction from multiple managers within the CEE and broader Communications team. It requires strong adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions while planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events and experiences that align with divisional objectives, brand standards, and budget requirements. Operating with clear direction and alignment, this role independently manages multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to deliver successful outcomes and achieve business goals.
