Sales Operations Coordinator

<div class="content-intro"><p>At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.</p></div><p>The Sales Operations Coordinator manages the triaging and resolution of patient service requests. Patient service requests include, but are not limited to, supplemental orders and their shipments. This position will also process specialty or custom order exceptions.</p> <p><strong>Accountabilities & Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Triage and coordinate patient product return requests</li> <li>Triage and coordinate supplemental order requests</li> <li>Arrange pick-ups for patient product as necessary</li> <li>Responsible for facilitating and generating prescriptions with custom protocols</li> <li>Responsible for facilitating treatment change requests</li> <li>Run Audit reports and resolve any discrepancies</li> <li>Perform all job duties while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA</li> <li>Responsible for outreach for shipment for supplemental orders including self-pay or co-pay discussions.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Education & Experience</u></strong><br><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 years customer service experience in an office environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous medical device or healthcare industry experience</li> <li>Previous Filemaker experience</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Knowledge & Skills</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Demonstrated strong organization and time management skills</li> <li>Strong sense of urgency and teamwork</li> <li>Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize</li> <li>Operate as a strong team player</li> <li>High degree of flexibility and urgency</li> <li>Exhibit excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office</li> <li>Communication</li> <li>Time Management</li> <li>Teamwork</li> <li>Critical thinking and Problem Solving</li> <li>Adaptability</li> <li>Detail Oriented</li> <li>Priority Setting</li> <li>Organization</li> <li>Process Oriented</li> <li>Priority Setting</li> <li>Peer Relationships </li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
