RJ Watson delivers a diverse and custom range of products and services to customers around the world, providing high load multirotational bearings, seismic isolation devices and expansion joint systems to the bridge, highway and heavy construction industry.
Join our dynamic team at RJ Watson, a premier manufacturer of bridge components, and contribute to important infrastructure projects nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the integrity of our nation's bridges. This will be an outside sales position for our line of expansion joint seals.

Qualifications
Work Experience: 2 - 5 years in sales.*
Education & Training: High School graduate, AAS in a technical discipline preferred.*
* Or equivalent as determined by RJW Management.
Skills and Knowledge Areas
Required: ERP/CRM structure and utilization, effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, process adherence.
Preferred: Productivity software utilization.
Summary
This Sales and Marketing Group position executes procedures as they relate to non-fabricated product sales.
Responsibilities
At Afinitas, we believe in rewarding excellence, and your hard work will be duly recognized and appreciated. The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary with a range between $80,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience and geographical location. This role has additional earning potential with a strong commission structure (100K-125K+ total comp), in addition to a robust benefits package.
