Responsabile Contabilità Clienti e Fornitori EMEA – Ibrido (Contratto a Termine di 12 mesi)

<p style="text-align:inherit"> </p><p><b>Are you a hands-on finance leader with strong transactional finance expertise and a passion for developing people?</b></p><p></p><p>In this role you’ll manage a remote transactional finance processing team (covering transactions for multiple European countries), ensuring the accuracy of finance data through process and controls. You’ll provide hands-on support, handling escalations and queries coming into the team, acting as a calm and authoritative point of contact. You’ll ensure accountability, and consistent performance in your team<i>, </i>providing leadership and support constructively and fairly, with the confidence to challenge where needed.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>About you:</b></p><p></p><p>It’s essential that you have experience managing transactional finance teams (AP / AR / shared services), including remote teams.</p><p></p><p>You’re a confident people manager with the ability to coach, challenge, and hold individuals accountable. You’re the person people turn to with queries; you’re confident, knowledgeable, and you can find solutions.</p><p></p><p>You have strong Accounts Payable experience, with a broad understanding of Accounts Receivable processes. You’re knowledgeable of VAT at an operational level, including correct tax coding and reporting impact. You have experience of cash management and cash collection processes.</p><p></p><p>You have strong English and Italian language skills (both written and verbal).</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Why this role?</b></p><p></p><p>This is a people-focused role where your leadership will make a visible difference.
