Projektleiter*in Klinische Forschung - LDL (Local Delivery Lead) (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

• Führung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Aktivitäten zur länderinternen operativen Planung und Durchführung von klinischen Studien der Phasen I-IV in der DACH Region gemäß GCP/ICH, CTR, AMG und SOP's
• Verantwortlich für Rekrutierungsziele, hoch qualitative Studienergebnisse gemäß Prüfplan und unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben zu liefern.
• Funktion als operativer Hauptansprechpartner zwischen dem zentralen GSK‑Studienteam und dem lokalen Standort.
• Fachliche Leitung des Studienteams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen nationalen und internationalen Partnern und externen Prüfzentren

Anforderung:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter*in und/oder Monitoring klinischer Studien in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
• Master in Naturwissenschaften, medizinische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung und die Fähigkeit und das Interesse, sich schnell in neue wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Durchführung von klinischen Studien überwiegend Phase II, Indikation Onkologie, Hämatologie, Immunologie, Impfstoffe
• Kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Organisationstalent
• Wissenschaftlich-analytische Denkweise
• Teamfähigkeit; Kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Organisationstalent
• Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Effektives Problemlösungs-, Verhandlungs- und Konfliktlösungsgeschick in einer Matrixorganisation.
• Hohe Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität
• Muttersprache Deutsch und Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft entsprechend den Anforderungen der Position.
• Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
