Position Summary
The Professional Health Representative – Vaccine is responsible for driving sustainable business growth
by effectively promoting assigned products within a defined geographic territory. The role leverages a
hybrid engagement model, combining face‑to‑face and digital channels, to deliver value‑based,
science‑driven interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders, in alignment with
company strategy and compliance standards.
Operating under the general guidance of the Health Representative Manager, the incumbent maintains full
accountability for business performance, customer engagement, and financial results within the assigned
territory.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Promotion Deliver high‑quality, science‑based brand messages that support HCPs in addressing patient needs.
Execute omnichannel engagement plans aligned with customer preferences, content relevance, and channel effectiveness.
Onboard customers to new operating models and digital platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal).
Build, maintain, and expand strong professional relationships with HCPs, KOLs, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Product & Disease Knowledge

Provide accurate, approved information on product usage, dosing, safety, and clinical data.
Support physicians in disease management through the appropriate use of Pfizer products.
Distribute relevant scientific materials, clinical data, guidelines, and product samples where applicable.
Territory & Account Management
Manage and develop accounts to ensure optimal product access, formulary inclusion, and sustainable growth.
Monitor ordering processes.
Identify, develop, and execute territory‑specific plans of action (POA) aligned with business objectives.
Explore new business opportunities and expand the reach and impact of the assigned territory.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support
Provide actionable market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
Contribute to marketing campaign planning by sharing real‑world customers and market insights.
Support and execute marketing and medical initiatives, including local, regional, and international congresses, workshops, and awareness programs.
Participate in speaker nomination and selection processes within the assigned territory.
Reporting & Compliance
Accurately document customer interactions, activities, and insights.
Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales performance, activities, market feedback, opportunities, and risks.
Attend sales meetings, cycle meetings, and general business meetings as required.
Maintain full accountability for customer communications (emails, calls, and follow‑ups).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related pharmaceutical/medical field.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Health/Medical Representative.
Vaccine experience is an advantage.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
