The role focuses on building long-term relationships with key customers, expanding product presence in target hospitals, and maximizing business opportunities.
This position requires strong product and disease knowledge, with a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.
The Product Executive works closely with cross-functional teams to support brand strategy across the product life cycle.
Success in this role depends on excellent time management, strong prioritization skills, and high self-motivation to perform in a dynamic environment.
The responsible area is Hybrid between Bangkok + Upcountry majoring in Bangkok/ Chiangmai/ Songkla/ Khonkaen province.
Typical Accountabilities:
Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
Accountable for effective time management and prioritization to ensure optimal engagement with physicians nationwide or within assigned territories, in line with defined targets.
Work with Sales Manager, Marketing, Medical and Market Access to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in specific accounts
Drive sales performance, enlisting new product in targeted accounts and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales accounts.
Builds strong, networked relationships throughout account customer organizations, and develops/strengthens key relationships with decision makers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or health science
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or health care/sales, including experience with the different account customer types
Proficient in English, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in a field-based role managing both BKK and UPC territories,
Experience managing complex projects.
