This is a place to make a difference in the world.</p><p></p><p><br /><b>The Role &amp; What You Will Be Doing</b></p><p>We are seeking a Pricing Coordinator with solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, capable of leading strategic pricing analyses, developing commercial policies, and supporting decisions that maximize the profitability and competitiveness of the company&#39;s products. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with areas such as Marketing, Sales, Trade, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.<br /> </p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop, implement, and monitor the company&#39;s pricing policy, considering different channels (hospital, retail, institutional, government etc.);</p></li><li><p>Prepare the Price Information Document (DIP) for submission to CMED, ensuring the correct structuring of data and compliance with regulatory requirements;</p></li><li><p>Analyze price positioning in relation to the competition, demand elasticity, margins, and profitability;</p></li><li><p>Manage the pricing process for new products and adjustments to the current portfolio;</p></li><li><p>Proactively define commercial and market access strategies, together with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Trade Marketing;</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present reports and dashboards with pricing and profitability KPIs;</p></li><li><p>Ensure regulatory compliance on pricing-related issues (CMED, ANVISA etc.);</p></li><li><p>Conduct simulations of the financial impact of price changes and commercial policies;</p></li><li><p>Support audit processes and internal reviews related to pricing;</p></li><li><p>To lead or support projects that review pricing models and price governance. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Solid experience in pricing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector;</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with public pricing policies (CMED, PF, PMC, DIP, etc.);</p></li><li><p>Experience with diverse channels (retail, hospital, public and private access);</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable;</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with Global and Regional Teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p>At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
