Job Description

As People Partner you are responsible for delivering professional guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders, Employees and Philips People Services on HR related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. Having the license to operate from RCA region perspective, in the role you will focus on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service and you act as a key driver of employee and labor relations strategies, contributing to organizational stability and positive employee experience.

Your role:

  • Provide professional guidance and support for performance improvement plans (PIP), ensuring adherence to local policies and best practices.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution with fairness and consistency in collaboration with PPS team
  • Conduct and support investigations related to the General Business Principles.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, providing resolutions that balance compliance with business and employee needs.
  • Address and provide advisory support on rewards-related questions ensuring alignment with local guidelines and internal equity.
  • May participate and drive audits in the country
  • May provide expert advice on specific labor relations domains, workforce ensuring compliance with agreements, regional labor laws and in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR and labor relations policies and practices across the organization.
  • Monitor adherence to local labor laws, escalating potential risks to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with time and attendance policies.
     

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in People Management, HR processes with a strong focus on employee relations, labor relations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws, labor regulations to ensure compliance and understanding of collective labor agreements.
  • Experience in handling performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, grievances and illness management as a plus.
  • Ability to conduct and support employee relations (General Business Principles) investigations ensuring fairness confidentiality and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with People Leader Partners, People Leaders and employees. Being effective in interacting with and through the organization whilst driving solutions with impact with care (employee / audience experience).
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and case management skills.
  • Fluency in Russian and English.
