The Company’s lead product candidate 4D-150 is designed to be a backbone therapy forming the foundation of treatment of blinding retinal vascular diseases by providing multi-year sustained delivery of anti-VEGF (aflibercept and anti-VEGF-C) with a single, safe, intravitreal injection, which substantially reduces the treatment burden associated with current bolus injections. The Company’s lead indication for 4D-150 is wet age-related macular degeneration, which is currently in Phase 3 development, and second indication is diabetic macular edema. The Company’s second product candidate is 4D-710, which is the first known genetic medicine to demonstrate successful delivery and expression of the CFTR transgene in the lungs of people with cystic fibrosis after aerosol delivery</p></div><p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Talent Acquisition Coordinator</strong> to support our growing hiring needs. This temporary role will play a critical part in delivering a high-quality candidate experience, enabling efficient hiring processes, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers across the organization.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role with 2 days required onsite in our Emeryville, CA headquarters that combines coordination, recruiting operations, and early-stage talent assessment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.</p> <p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Interview Scheduling & Coordination (~40% of time)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple functions and time zones</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels to ensure seamless scheduling</li> <li>Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling speed and efficiency</li> <li>Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at all touchpoints</li> <li>Prepare and distribute interview agendas and materials to interview teams</li> <li>Track and manage scheduling logistics within the ATS (Greenhouse)</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays</li> <li>Welcomes candidates onsite as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>TA Operations & Temporary Workforce Management (~20% of time)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain job requisitions and job offers in Greenhouse, ensuring accuracy and timely updates</li> <li>Support onboarding coordination for new hires as needed</li> <li>Oversee coordination and administration of temporary workers, including tracking assignments and extensions</li> <li>Partner with HR Operations to ensure accurate processing and tracking of contractor engagements</li> <li>Manage recruiting related POs</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Resume Review and Candidate Sourcing (~40% of time)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates aligned with role requirements</li> <li>Conduct initial outreach to candidates and support pipeline generation through sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals)</li> <li>Partner to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key roles</li> <li>Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain engagement throughout early stages</li> <li>Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within Greenhouse</li> <li>As directed by the Talent Acquisition manager, perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role</li> <li>Other job duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree or some college preferred</li> <li>Required 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition</li> <li>Required strong experience in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset</li> </ul> <p>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Physical Activity - Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling. Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.</li> <li>Physical Requirements - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
