We are currently seeking a </span>Payroll, Time, and Benefits Specialist<span> to ensure the precise execution of our essential employee services.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Execute system data maintenance and administrative tasks across payroll, tax, social insurance, and benefits to ensure total compliance and accuracy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide expert advisory support and customer service for pay and time inquiries, resolving complex requests and system errors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage mass upload files and reconcile data flows between Workday and external vendors to maintain payroll integrity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and resolve system integration issues to guarantee the timely processing of pay and benefits.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build strategic partnerships with P&amp;C colleagues and stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration and cross-functional support.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support P&amp;C Chapters with system maintenance while developing and enhancing technical process documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive continuous process improvements and participate in project-based initiatives to achieve operational excellence.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>1–3 years of experience in payroll services and benefits administration, ideally within a shared service center, with a solid grasp of payroll cycles, tax, and social insurance regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in Polish and English, with the communication skills necessary to provide seamless support and collaborate effectively across global regions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced Excel proficiency, specifically with pivot tables and v-lookups, paired with a sharp analytical mind and a commitment to data accuracy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A self-starting mindset capable of navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and taking full ownership of multiple priorities and project-based initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A collaborative approach to working within matrix organizations and multicultural teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>HR generalist knowledge is an advantage.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you get:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Fixed-Term Employment Contract (Maternity Cover).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Annual bonus payment based on your performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in our Warsaw office.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Recharge Fridays (2 extra days off per quarter).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attractive salary and benefits package, including private health care, Multisport card and much more!</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Apply directly and join us in shaping the future of healthcare.</b></p><p><b>If you feel this offer suits a friend of yours, feel free to share it. </b></p><p></p><p><i>The controller of your personal data is Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o., ul.
