Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Successfully implement and follow detailed engineering instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Determine and flawlessly complete the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to improve production standards and efficiency.
• Maintain a world-class quality approach and ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; an associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using standard engineering tools and software.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
