1. To perform all personal duties in a manner that is compliant with the company HSE procedures and to contribute to a safe working environment for all manufacturing department employees.

所有个人生产操作需遵守公司HSE程序要求，确保所有生产部门员工有一个安全的工作环境。

2. To perform all personal duties in a manner that is compliant with the company Quality and GMP procedures and to provide assistance to colleagues where necessary.

所有个人生产操作需遵守公司质量管理和GMP程序要求，必要时协助同事完成工作。

3. Reporting of any deviations from specifications standards and procedures, completing corrective actions and making recommendations to prevent future similar deviations.报告任何与标准细则及程序不符的差异情况，完成改善措施并提出杜绝类似差异产生的建议。

4. To keep individual training record up to date保存个人培训记录，并不断更新

Process 工艺

1.    Machine feeding and packing duties / 机器喂料和包装

2.    Perform line clearances as required  / 根据需要进行产线清洁

3.    Complete Batch manufacturing records as required. / 根据需要完成批生产记录

4.    Machine and manufacturing area cleaning / 清洁机器和生产区域

1.    To contribute to effective team working by being flexible in adopting a number of roles associated with a particular process e.g., paperwork, feeding and packing as required by Production Manager / Supervisor

1.    Maintain own skills in appropriate manufacturing related process including but not exclusively,  feeding and packing, product testing, batch recording, line clearance and cleaning.

2.    Use flexible working practices, to cover appropriate duties/tasks necessary to ensure continuity of production as requested by the Production Manager / Supervisor

Improvement focus/改进重点

1.   Attend and participate in Improvement meetings as requested, including process, cGMP and HSE, helping to identify root cause of problems using process knowledge acquired and recommending solutions to eradicate future problems积极参与流程， 当前医疗器械生产管理规定， 健康安全与环境方面的改进会议，根据所获得的生产知识协助找处根源问题，提供改正建议杜绝问题的再次发生

2.    Ensuring machine performance information is correctly collected and recorded.确保机器性能信息正确收集并记录

3.    Escalate any issues in a timely manner by clear communication to colleagues, appropriate support teams and/or shift managers. To ensure production lines/areas are operated at optimum performance levels.通过与同事沟通，积极协助团队其他同事或轮班经理来及时提升自己，确保生产活动处于最佳状态

Essential/ 基本

1.    Education :High school diploma or similar教育背景：高中或同等学历2.    Experience : Minimum of two years experience in a production environment or an educational or employment record that demonstrates an ability to learn new skills quickly.经验：至少两年生产领域工作经验，或者有相关培训/雇佣记录表明有良好学习能力

3.    Excellent interpersonal skills/良好的人际关系

4.    Manual dexterity 灵活

5.    Physical : Lifting up to approx 15Kg, using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.  Standing up to 100% of the day.  Manoeuvring machines, tanks and drums into position.体质要求：能提起大约15 Kg的重物，会使用物料处理设备例如手动叉车，能够站立工作一天，可以操作机器设备， 能将桶、壶等移动到合适位置

6.    Mental capacity: The position requires continuous attention to detail when performing and recording duties脑力要求：在进行机器操作和过程记录时能持续关注细节问题

7.    Audio / Visual : Visually completing in-process inspections to fine tolerances, listening for machine variations that may indicate anomalies in the production process.听力/视力要求：能够用肉眼在过程控制中发现所允许的偏差范围，能在生产过程中听出机器运转非正常情况时的差异噪音
