Operational Technology Support Engineer
Location: Verviers
The Operational Technology (OT) Support Engineer is Accountable for the support and administration of OT systems and equipment used across Quality Control (QC), Production, Maintenance, and Validation/Calibration. Responsible for developing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining OT systems, including defining user requirements in collaboration with business partners, performing system configuration, and providing application support and system administration. Focused on delivering optimal support to system users while ensuring high technical availability and maintaining full Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance of all OT systems.

The full‑time annual base pay for this position in Belgium is expected to range between €45,000 and €63,000. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
What you will do
Support and maintain OT systems across Quality Control (QC), production and maintenance environments
Manage user access, permissions and system administration activities
Support change controls, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)s and validation processes
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
Ensure compliance with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
Assist with system upgrades, testing and implementation activities
Guide users to improve system usage and efficiency
What we are looking for
Degree in automation, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in OT support or system administration
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows environments and Active Directory
Understanding of regulated environments such as GMP, or willingness to learn
Familiarity with systems such as MES, LIMS or SAP is beneficial
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Fluent in French with a working knowledge of English
