OC Experience and Content Strategy Lead
You will lead content and experience strategy for omnichannel customer journeys in Türkiye. You will shape and deliver clear, useful content that meets local healthcare professional needs and supports our commercial objectives. You will work with marketing, medical, compliance, analytics and agency partners. We value practical thinking, collaboration and measurable impact. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Define content strategy for omnichannel customer journeys, aligning content to local customer needs and brand goals.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and channel fit.
- Set and uphold content governance for tone, voice, format and compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Work across marketing, medical, analytics, sales and external agencies to brief, review and deliver content.
- Use content performance data to improve relevance, personalization and impact.
- Lead content audits and design reusable content architectures for multi-channel use
- Develop customer-first content suited to face-to-face, digital and hybrid channels.
- Translate brand plans into clear content briefs and build-ready assets.
- Prioritise and manage multiple content streams to meet launch and business needs.
- Ensure all content passes required quality checks, references and local approvals.
- Coordinate agencies and vendors to keep delivery on time and on budget.
- Provide clear reporting and insights on content performance and optimisation.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand mnagement, content strategy, content management, digital marketing or related roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong written and spoken Turkish and professional English.
- Familiarity with content management systems and standard office tools.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in healthcare, pharma or life sciences communications, Oncology – Hematology experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or content platforms (for example Promomats).
- Experience with marketing automation or email platforms (for example SFMC).
- Training or certification in digital or content marketing.
- Design awareness or basic skills with tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
Working Model
This position is hybrid. You will be based in Türkiye with a mix of on-site and remote work as agreed with the hiring manager.
