As a Channel Deployment Specialist / Key Account Specialist (Rx), you will be responsible for operational deployment and execution of commercial and distribution strategies for prescription medicines, working closely with pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical wholesalers.
This role focuses on ensuring appropriate product availability, continuity of supply and effective execution of agreed commercial terms, in line with internal policies, compliance standards and applicable regulations.
The position is fully dedicated to Rx products and plays an important role in supporting patient access across Poland.
Key Responsibilities
Rx Channel & Distribution Execution
Support the implementation of commercial and distribution activities for prescription medicines in cooperation with pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical wholesalers.
Monitor product availability, numeric distribution and continuity of Rx supply to support reliable patient access.
Identify execution gaps, risks or deviations and escalate them in line with internal processes.
Key Customer Cooperation (Operational Level)
Maintain day-to-day cooperation with assigned pharmacy chains and wholesalers.
Support the execution of commercial agreements, offers and contractual conditions.
Prepare analyses, data and materials supporting commercial discussions led by senior stakeholders / Channel Deployment Managers (KAMs)
Analysis & Reporting
Work with GSK systems and analytical tools to monitor:
availability and distribution,
execution of commercial conditions,
sales and performance indicators.
Prepare reports, dashboards and insights supporting business decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Cooperate closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
Support preparation and implementation of commercial offers and contractual documentation in line with internal standards.
Participate in selected trade, channel execution and customer-focused initiatives.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications
1/2 years of experience in a commercial or customer facing role (Rx, OTC or food supplements).
Experience working with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, buying groups and/or pharmaceutical wholesalers.
Bachelor degree
Understanding of pharmacy channel dynamics and distribution mechanisms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Good organization, independence and ownership of tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Driving license (category B) and readiness for business travel across Poland.
Fluent Polish speaker.
Preferred Qualifications
Communicative level of English (spoken and written).
Experience in using analytical, CRM, BI or advanced digital tools (including AI-based solutions).
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
