肝臓領域事業本部 営業担当 MR

肝臓領域は、今後GSK Japanの成長戦略の重要な柱として、新規肝疾患治療薬の上市を控え、変化する市場環境に柔軟に対応できる現場レベルでの強い営業力が求められます。MRは、担当エリアにおいて肝臓内科専門医などの医療従事者に対し、本薬剤の価値を最大限に伝え、患者さんのQOL向上に貢献するため、営業所長のリーダーシップのもと、戦略的かつ倫理的な情報提供活動を担います。

具体的には、担当施設の営業戦略・活動計画の策定と実行、担当施設の医師など社外ステークホルダーとの関係構築・価値訴求、デジタル/AIを活用した情報提供・活動の推進、市場・顧客からのフィードバックの共有、KPI・目標進捗の管理、課題抽出と改善策の実行は勿論、現場でのリスク・イシューの迅速なエスカレーションなどが挙げられます。

主な責任

• 担当施設における営業戦略・活動計画に基づく情報提供活動の実行
• 新規肝疾患治療薬の上市準備・ローンチ活動の実行
• 医療従事者など社外ステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築・価値訴求
• デジタル/AIを活用した情報提供・活動の最適化
• 市場・顧客からのフィードバック収集と営業所長への共有
• KPI・目標進捗の達成に向けた活動管理
• 社内外のルール・コンプライアンス遵守およびリスク・イシューの迅速なエスカレーション
• 社内ステークホルダー（他領域MR、マーケティング、MSL等）との連携
• 自己の専門知識・スキル向上（製品知識、疾患知識、デジタル活用力）

必要な条件Basic Qualification

• 病院での成功実績および新薬採用経験を有している
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、提案力、問題解決能力
• ガバナンスマインドセットの高さ
• デジタル/AIを活用する能力
• 過去の経験にとらわれず、最新のビジネス環境を柔軟に捉え、適応できる力
• 困難な状況であっても変化に迅速かつ柔軟に対応できる力
• MR認定資格
• 普通自動車運転免許証
• ビジネスニーズに応じて出張可能であること

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

• 大学病院及び基幹病院での成功実績および新薬採用経験を有している
• 肝疾患診療連携拠点病院72施設における活動経験
• 肝臓領域での営業経験
• 全国・リージョンレベルのEE　マネジメント経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションができること、または英語力向上への高い意識と必要性を持っていること
