MT Customer Service Specialist — E‑commerce & CMD

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

The MT Customer Service Specialist for E‑commerce & CMD is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate order processing and seamless integration with e‑channels and service providers. This role supports the growth of touchless web platforms, manages order exceptions, maintains integration and product documentation, and provides proactive customer and internal stakeholder support to meet departmental order‑integration and service objectives.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč452,000.00 - Kč727,950.00
