Electrophysiogy, part of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, is recognized worldwide as a leader in the science behind the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. For over 30 years, Electrophysiogy has defined the state of design and craftsmanship in diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheters. At the same time, Electrophysiogy has delivered mapping and navigation innovations that have advanced the science and practice of electrophysiology. 

We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Sales to be in Seoul.

 

Responsibility

• Clinical support, selling and promoting Biosense Webster products among current and potential customers, developing professional education for end-users, effective and strong collaboration with sales team members and developing the business growth on the territory.  

• Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information. 

• Creates awareness of BWI solutions and facilitates through deep understanding and delivering feature & benefits of them 

• Support customer education and training on BWI products by providing technical, clinical, and product-related information. 

• Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners, and partners. 

• Perform administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system input 

• Collaborate with peers to share best practices to increase value for customers. 

• Develop and share best practices with Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners. 

• Ensure personal and Company compliance with all JJMK Company regulations, policies, and procedures. 

• Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines. 

 

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 0–5 years of relevant experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 

• Ability to troubleshoot problems, remain calm under pressure, and maintain focus in fast-paced environments. 

• Passion for delivering excellent customer and patient outcomes. 

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

• Demonstrated alignment with the J&J Leadership Imperatives, including a strong commitment to Our Credo, inclusive collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cardiology-related clinical environments, electrophysiology (EP), cardiac ultrasound (Echo), or other cardiovascular specialties. 

• Clinical and product knowledge of Biosense Webster or related cardiovascular medical technologies is preferred. 

• Professional certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, Biomedical Engineer, Registered Nurse, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or related healthcare professional is a plus.
