Job Description
 

1. Medical Project Operations

• Support planning and execution of medical initiatives (e.g., scientific meetings, advisory boards, internal trainings)
• Track project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders

2. Process & Compliance Management

• Ensure all medical activities comply with internal policies and local regulations in China
• Support approval workflows (e.g., system submissions, documentation preparation)
• Optimize internal processes

3. Budget & Financial Tracking

• Support budget planning and tracking for medical projects
• Execute payment processes
• Monitor budget utilization and provide basic analysis

4. Vendor & External Partner Management

• Coordinate with external vendors
• Track contract execution and service delivery
• Support vendor selection and performance monitoring

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with MSs and Medical Managers in China
• Support localization of global/regional medical initiatives
• Facilitate communication between global and local teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Above 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or Project Management preferred
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in China
• Good project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems
• Fluent in Chinese and English

• 支持供应商筛选及绩效评估

5. 跨团队协作

• 与中国医学团队（区域医学专家、医学经理）紧密合作
• 支持区域或全球项目在中国的落地执行
• 协调总部与本地团队的运营需求

三、任职要求

• 本科及以上学历
• 3年以上医药行业经验，医学事务/临床运营/项目管理相关经验优先
• 熟悉中国医药行业合规要求（如反商业贿赂、合规审计等）
• 具备良好的项目管理和多任务处理能力
• 优秀的沟通与跨团队协作能力
• 熟练使用办公软件及系统工具
• 良好的中英文沟通能力
