Role Description
The purpose of Marketing Manager is to strategically drive the development, launch and life-cycle management of products. Marketing Manager aims to leverage his/her expertise in market analysis, strategic and operational plan building, cross-functional collaboration, and financial analysis to ensure success of responsible portfolio. This role is dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics that are critical to our business objectives and the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
Responsibilities
Develop robust product /disease area strategies in line with the global and regional strategies while customizing to local market situation to ensure sustainable product/portfolio growth.
Organize market research, collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other cross-function teams to shape product strategy.
Lead cross functional local teams to create, implement, and improve brand and launch plans, to deliver value better and faster.
Provide analytical solutions to improve strategic & tactical product planning, performance management, market sizing and forecasting, message/ channel /resource optimization, opportunity identification and test & lean experiments, as needed. Monitor business performance and external environment to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
Understand business analytics & omnichannel dynamics, customer journeys and respond accordingly to improve customer engagement
Collaboration and sustainable value creation with KOLs and external stakeholders to overcome barriers in the patient journey
Lead brand sales forecasts, responsible for demand, supply planning, and monitoring by aligning with related departments
Responsible for execution, excellence and monitoring of tactical plan and promotional activities and materials in line with local regulations, internal SOPs and code of conduct
Ensure achievement of business targets/ budgets and marketing plan with the defined product budget, manage and control the A&P budgets, assess marketing mix of the product to optimize resources
Provide coaching and training on disease knowledge, product knowledge and brand strategy to sales force and other members of cross functional team and ensure that sales force is given timely support needed in the field.
Actively working with local leadership team, regional and global teams, reflect on local insights, get input, and accelerate performance
Ensure all business and promotional activities comply with relevant acts, regulations, and ethical standards
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial / marketing roles.
Pharma and/or Medical Devices or similar Life Science industry experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in business management, economics, engineering or social science and/or relevant.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Turkish & English
Ability to work in a fast paced and growing organization and deliver quick wins as well as future vision and roadmaps.
