Market Access Manager Oncology

At AstraZeneca, we are looking for a Market Access Manager Oncology to join our Market Access & Business team. This role will lead the Market Access strategy for the Oncology portfolio across the Andean Cluster, ensuring effective and sustainable access to innovative medicines.

As part of the Core Value Team (CVT), you will work closely with Marketing and Medical to integrate payer, evidence, launch, and patient-access priorities into brand and lifecycle strategies. You will also partner with Pricing & HEOR to develop value propositions, economic models, reimbursement strategies, and innovative access solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the Market Access strategy for the Oncology portfolio across the Andean Cluster.
• Develop payer strategies, value stories, reimbursement dossiers, and access tools.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Pricing & HEOR, and other teams to shape brand and lifecycle strategies.
• Identify access opportunities and barriers related to oncology pathways, diagnosis, treatment, reimbursement, and patient access.
• Support innovative pricing and access models within governance frameworks.
• Enable field teams through access tools, training, and implementation guidance.
• Engage with payers, healthcare providers, health authorities, and other healthcare ecosystem stakeholders.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives in a matrix organization.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, Medical, Marketing, or payer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer environments, healthcare systems, and value communication.
• Experience developing access strategies, payer dossiers, value propositions, or economic evidence.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and lead through expertise without direct reports.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled solutions.

Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics, Public Health, or Business, and experience in Oncology or other specialized therapeutic areas.
