Execute all drug substance manufacturing and technical service activities through scale-up, validation and on-going commercial supply regarding to System in Hikari site. Is responsible for process improvement execution of support Hikari’s projected growth of the product regarding to System. Is responsible for executing for managing process information and for data analytics used for investigations and manufacturing process optimization as for API product. システムエンジニアリングマネージャーは、システムエンジニアリングの戦略と文化を理解する。 光拠点のシステムに関して、スケールアップ、バリデーション、継続的な商業供給に至るまで、原薬製造および技術サービス活動をすべて実行する。 システムに関して、光が予測する製品の成長を支援するためのプロセス改善の実行を担当する。 原薬製品に関する調査および製造プロセス最適化に使用されるプロセス情報の管理とデータ分析の実行を担当する。 ACCOUNTABILITIES Adjust cross functional teams for GMP manufacturing of API product regarding to System (DCS/MES). Track, execute project milestones related to equipment readiness and manufacturing documents to initiate and complete batches per the validation/production schedule as for API product. Make that GMP batch documentation allows the process to achieve the intended process control strategy. Design that the process is capable of achieving control limits and specifications as for API product. Investigate, identify root cause, and identify CAPA for manufacturing deviations as for API product regarding to System. Trend process performance. Execution data analytics to serve as metrics, to assist in investigations, and as feedback for manufacturing and/or process optimization as for API product. Author technical reports and protocols in support of GMP activities as for API product regarding to System. Identify and implement opportunities to improve process performance and GMP operations regarding to System. Operate external vendors to ensure delivery of equipment, or services; on time and within budget. システム（DCS/MES）に基づき、API製品のGMP製造におけるクロスファンクショナルチームを調整する。 API製品に関して、設備準備および製造文書に関連するプロジェクトのマイルストーンを追跡・実行し、バリデーション/製造スケジュールに従ってバッチを開始・完了させる。 GMPバッチ文書が、プロセスが意図したプロセス制御戦略を達成できるようにする。API製品に関して、プロセスが管理限界および仕様を達成できる設計を行う。 システムに基づき、API製品の製造逸脱について、根本原因の調査および是正措置（CAPA）の特定を行う。 プロセスパフォーマンスの傾向分析を行う。API製品に関して、データ分析を実行し、指標として活用するとともに、調査を支援し、製造および/またはプロセス最適化のためのフィードバックとして利用する。 システムに基づき、API製品のGMP活動を支援する技術レポートおよびプロトコルを作成する。 システムに基づき、プロセスパフォーマンスおよびGMP運用の改善機会を特定し、実施する。 外部ベンダーのマネジメント（設備またはサービスが納期と予算内で確実に納入されるように管理する。） Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise Appropriate technical knowledge in a process validation and manufacturing support as for API product regarding to System (DCS/MES). A knowledge of the science and technology for the major unit operations associated with API manufacturing operations regarding to System. A knowledge of GMPs and experience providing technical support in a GMP manufacturing environment. A familiarity with automation (local and distributed control systems) in a GMP environment. Expertise in validation, commercial manufacture of API product regarding to System (DCS/MES). Knowledge with troubleshooting / problem solving and risk assessment / mitigation as for API product regarding to System (DCS/MES). Understanding of the interdependencies of research, technical operations and commercial functions as for API product. Leadership skill such as supporting team members as well as managing cross functional teams Must be able to present ideas with clarity, conviction and confidence. Preferred to have experience in managing team with applicable EHS perspectives such as waste, waste water, exhaust gas, noise, GHG reduction, health, and safety.
