Provide guidance on company expectations on 3rd party output. Develop internal commercial relationships and contribute to the workplace function objectives.Key responsibilities for this role include:<ul><li>Establish a working relationship with in-country support functions</li><li>Collaborate with business heads to understand the strategic business direction</li><li>Oversee operational performance of GWRE (Global Workplaces and Real Estate) services and assist others in service delivery</li><li>Manage workload and prioritize key deliverables</li><li>Contribute to GWRE global initiatives and goals</li><li>Budget Management for each country and awareness of variation impact.</li><li>Initiate new ways of working that can be considered as part of change management</li><li>Manage projects that contribute to the business direction</li><li>Manage in-country GWRE staff</li></ul>About Your Skills & Experience:<ul><li>Master’s degree is preferred</li><li>10 years of experience in Real Estate & Facility Management</li><li>10 years of international experience</li><li>Experience in facilities and property management</li><li>Ability to communicate difficult and complex issues clearly and concisely with analytical and critical thinking</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities</li><li>Understand and interpret commercial contracts and relevant terms</li><li>Budget management and financial analysis skills and good understanding of the importance of cost savings and sustainability in business</li></ul><div>At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
