DESCRIPTION:
Guide a successful team of application scientists supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific's advanced instrumentation and solutions across multiple industries. Support customer achievement through exceptional pre- and post-sales technical support, training, and consultative services. Collaborate with sales teams to increase market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• The role requires hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques & HR_MS, especially with Bio-Pharma workflow.

• Experience in High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS) workflows in the biopharmaceutical industry are critical for the characterization, development, and quality control (QC) of complex protein therapeutics (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, HCPs)

REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in Biotech \Biochemistry\chemistry\Biology with 8 years' experience or master's degree plus 10-12 years of experience,
• Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry .
• Additional certifications in management or relevant technical areas advantageous
• Deep expertise with analytical instrumentation, workflows and applications
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical support
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels
• Strong business understanding and ability to support commercial success
• Ability to travel up to 70%
• Proficient in English; additional language skills valuable
