This role involves ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently, meeting the operational needs of the building. The Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining system with managing energy consumption, maintaining environmental conditions, and maximizing the performance of building systems.<h2>Job Description</h2>Main Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Monitor & Maintenance: Monitor & Maintenance of the performance of building management systems and energy management system, including HVAC, Electrical Systems, FAS, Access Control System, EMS, lighting, security- CCTV, and other integrated systems. Support Sustainability initiatives and the company’s net zero carbon objectives with new technologies and energy saving projects.</li><li>Operational Management: </li></ul><ul><li>System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of building systems using BMS software to ensure all systems are operating as expected.</li><li>Energy Efficiency: Analyse and optimize the energy consumption of the building systems to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with BMS components and systems and take corrective actions to resolve them quickly.</li><li>Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data from BMS sensors and devices to monitor system performance, efficiency, and safety levels.</li></ul><ul><li>Operation area: overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the operation of building automation systems. These systems typically include HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, security, fire safety, and energy management systems. Software Updates: Keep BMS software up to date by installing patches, updates, and upgrades as required</li><li>Document Control: Manage records, files, and reports, ensuring accurate documentation. </li></ul>Qualifications & Skills -<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications in BMS field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in building management systems (Trend, Schneider, Honeywell) with significant proven experience</li><li>Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Technical: Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), building automation systems (BAS), and other related software applications, In-depth knowledge of building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire and life safety, security, and energy management systems.
