Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for FMT workshop related equipment daily maintenance and make sure the reliable machine functionality and productivity, continuous improvement.
负责FMT生产车间设备日常保养维护、确保设备功能和效率的持续可靠和不断优化等工作

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

1.All activities should be complaint with the site EHS, QUALITY compliance and asset management requirements and SOPs

行为符合相关的安全环境、质量法规和资产管理方面的要求和流程

2.Make sure the reliable machine functionality and productivity, continuous improvement, achieve the maintenance KPI goal.

确保FMT生产车间设备功能和效率持续可靠，并不断优化，达成设备维护KPI

3.Make sure that quality and integrity of technical documentation

确保车间设备技术文档的质量和完整性

4.Responsible for FMT workshop new equipment URS/SAT/FAT/IQ OQ PQ and re-qualification for existing equipment, as well as documentation

负责新生产设备的URS/SAT/FAT/IQ OQ PQ等验证工作和现有设备的再验证，完成相应文件的编写及执行

5.Cost effectiveness and best utilization of resource

成本优化，资源有效配置，持续改进

Qualifications & Skills:

1.College or above degree, majored in engineering.
大专及以上学历，理工科或工程科学专业
2.At least 3 years work experiences on equipment maintenance equipment, experience of management of pharmaceutical or medical device industry will be preferred
3年以上设备维修和服务工作经验，有项目实施和管理经验优先，有医药类或医疗器械行业内生产设备的
管理经验优先
3.Good English spoken and written, can read technical manuals, electrical diagrams.
良好英文读写能力，能识别英文手册、电气图纸
4.Strong communication, coordination, finding and solving problem abilities, quick learner
具备较强的沟通、协调、问题发现和解决以及快速学习能力
5.Active, initiative, conscientious and result-oriented
工作积极主动，责任心强，成就导向
6.Familiar with Office software, proficient in Word, Excel
熟练使用Word，Excel等办公工具软件
