If you are driven by accuracy, consistency and purpose, this role offers the chance to make a real difference.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>What will you be doing?</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Setting up, operating and troubleshooting Swiss type CNC lathes including Star, Citizen, Tsugami or similar</span></span></li><li><span><span>Machining small complex components requiring tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes</span></span></li><li><span><span>Performing tool changes, offsets, wear compensation and in process adjustments to maintain quality</span></span><span><span> </span></span></li><li><span><span>Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD and T, work instructions and control plans</span></span></li><li><span><span>Carrying out in process and final inspections using micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems and other precision tools</span></span></li><li><span><span>Completing manufacturing and quality documentation to support compliance and traceability</span></span></li><li><span><span>Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement</span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintaining safety, cleanliness and contamination control standards throughout the workspace</span></span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Minimum 1 year of experience operating Swiss type CNC equipment in a production/manufacturing environment</span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on small high precision part</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong working knowledge of GD and T and blueprint interpretation</span></span></li><li>E<span><span>xperience performing inspections and documenting results</span></span></li><li><span><span>A detail-oriented approach and a quality first mindset</span></span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>You.
