<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description Summary</b></p>Trainee Lawyer is part of the Legal Team and is responsible to conduct day to day legal works of the Company such as reviewing, negotiating, revising and preparing the contracts, standard forms, protocols and procedures.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Graduated from reputable law school with excellent academic background </span></p></li><li><p>Experiences of a few summer internships in law firms and/or companies.</p></li><li><p>Be willing to spend the entire internship in the Company.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English to coordinate all processes included in the job description.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills,</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills,</p></li><li><p>Strong teamwork skills,</p></li><li><p>Capable of following up the business processes in the legal team with deadline,</p></li><li><p>Capable of doing extensive research, subject specific Supreme Court decisions and legislation scans for the solution of legal problems,</p></li><li><p>High learning agility to adapt in short team.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Skills Desired</b></p>
