Job Summary

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lieferantenkonten stimmen und die Zahlungen reibungslos laufen. Von der Prüfung und Verarbeitung von Rechnungen bis zur Abstimmung und Unterstützung beim Monatsabschluss – du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere Kreditorenbuchhaltung.

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Kontieren von Eingangsrechnungen
• Vorbereitung von Rechnungen zur elektronischen Überweisungen
• Eingabe, Upload und Scannen von Rechnungen
• Abstimmung von Lieferantenkonten und GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced)
• Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Eskalationen
• Unterstützung beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss und Bereitstellung von Belegen für Audits
• Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Kreditorenprozesses

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (LAP, HAK, HBLA)
• Starkes analytisches Denken und hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Hohe Fähigkeit zur selbstständingen, genauen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung

Wir bieten ein KV-Bruttomonatsgehalt laut Beschäftigungsgruppe E mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
