Would you like to combine strategic key account management with the opportunity to help build a new pharmaceutical category in Sweden?

We are looking for a commercially driven KAM Pharmacy & BTC who wants to take a key role in developing Viatris’ business and partnerships within the Swedish Pharmacy channel.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the most important stakeholders in Swedish pharmacy – from major pharmacy chains and hospital pharmacies to distributors and leading online pharmacies – while at the same time helping Viatris establish and develop its presence within the new Behind The Counter (BTC) category.

You will join a collaborative Commercial team where you will have significant responsibility, strong cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to turn strategy into tangible commercial results.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Build and develop long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders across the Pharmacy channel
• Manage relationships with pharmacy chains, hospital pharmacies, distributors and online pharmacies
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, visibility and activities
• Evaluate customer investments and performance to continuously improve commercial effectiveness
• Drive strong execution of launches and portfolio initiatives at pharmacy level
• Partner with Brand Managers and other internal stakeholders to secure accessibility and implementation of key products
• Play a key role in establishing Viatris within the emerging BTC category
• Coordinate cross-functional activities related to BTC applications and launches
• Translate OTC and BTC brand strategies into impactful execution within the Pharmacy channel
• Support customer and stakeholder management for the Danish OTC business

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant business experience within pharmaceutical/healthcare
• Experience working with the Pharmacy channel and key accounts
• Experience within sales and/or sales excellence
• Strong selling and negotiation capabilities
• Experience in project management and CRM
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• A structured and analytical approach combined with a strong drive for results
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• The ability to work independently while being a strong cross-functional team player
• Experience with omnichannel/digital tools, commercial analytics and/or sales training is considered an advantage.
• Working proficiency in Swedish and English language
