Im Rahmen unserer NextGen-ViiV-Strategie bauen wir ein modernes, datenbasiertes Key-Account-Modell auf. Dafür suchen wir keine klassischen Pharmareferent:innen, sondern Key Account Manager, die Verantwortung übernehmen, strategisch denken und Accounts ganzheitlich steuern.

Als Key Account Manager sind Sie der operative Lead im Account.
Sie tragen die volle Ownership für Ihre Key Accounts – von der strategischen Analyse über die Planung bis zur Umsetzung und Ergebnissicherung.

Sie verstehen Versorgungsstrukturen, Entscheidungswege und Stakeholder-Ökosysteme tiefgehend, nutzen Daten und Insights konsequent und orchestrieren – gemeinsam mit internen Expert:innen – alle Aktivitäten, die zu nachhaltigem Erfolg im Account beitragen.

Dabei arbeiten Sie omnicanal, priorisieren konsequent und verstehen Vertrieb nicht als Besuchsfrequenz, sondern als relevante, bedarfsorientierte und wirkungsvolle Kundeninteraktion.

Gebiet: Berlin, Magdeburg, Potsdam, Rostock

Befristung: unbefristet

Hauptaufgaben 

• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für definierte Key Accounts, inkl. Zielerreichung und nachhaltiger Performance

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung datenbasierter Account‑Strategien auf Basis von Potenzialen, Versorgungsstrukturen und Kundenbedürfnissen

• Systematische Nutzung von CRM‑, Markt‑ und Performance‑Daten zur Priorisierung, Steuerung und Definition von Next Best Actions

• Planung und Umsetzung bedarfsorientierter Omnichannel‑Maßnahmen (F2F, digitale Kanäle, Veranstaltungen etc.)

• Aktive Orchestrierung der cross‑funktionalen Zusammenarbeit mit Medical, Market Access, Marketing und weiteren Schnittstellen

• Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Stakeholder‑Netzwerke zur Verbesserung des Patientenzugangs und der Versorgungsqualität

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten 

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation gemäß § 75 AMG

• Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Spezialprodukte / komplexe Therapien

• Klares Key‑Account‑Mindset mit Ownership‑Anspruch

• Hohe Daten‑ und Analysekompetenz sowie sicherer Umgang mit CRM‑Systemen

• Sehr gutes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und relevanter Versorgungslogiken

• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur cross‑funktionalen Zusammenarbeit und klaren Priorisierung

• Digitale Affinität und echtes Omnichannel‑Verständnis

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten 

• Erfahrung in modernen, datenbasierten Vertriebsmodellen

• Unternehmerisches Denken, Ergebnisorientierung und Lernbereitschaft

• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse
