Position Summary
You will lead selling excellence activities that build capability and improve sales outcomes across the Philippines. You will partner closely with sales leaders, marketing, medical and commercial operations to design and deliver practical learning, coaching and tools. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Translate business priorities into a focused selling excellence plan and operational activities.
- Design and deliver blended learning and coaching that build selling skills and in-clinic effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leaders to strengthen field coaching, performance reviews and development plans.
- Use data and feedback to diagnose capability gaps and measure training impact with clear metrics.
- Align selling resources, call guides and campaign materials with best practice and local needs.
- Support implementation tracking, report progress and adjust plans to meet business goals.

Working arrangement
This role is based in the Philippines and is on-site with regular travel across the country to support field activities and training events.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, selling excellence, or sales management.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training or coaching for sales or customer-facing teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience partnering across functions.
- Ability to use data and basic analytics to identify needs and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English; local language proficiency preferred.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare or life sciences commercial roles.
- Formal training qualification or instructional design experience.
- Experience with CRM, learning management systems or e-learning tools.
- Demonstrable coaching experience with field sales teams or key account managers.
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfort working in a regulated environment and applying compliance requirements.
