This Key Account Manager role leads across a wider region, mentoring others and crafting ways of working beyond a single territory. It introduces standard processes to peers, consistently delivers strong performance and plays a visible part in transforming cancer care. Accountabilities :
Drive impactful engagement with Oncology healthcare professionals, building positive relationships that support appropriate on‑label prescribing.
Partner with the Sales Manager to develop and implement a clear local strategy and business plan that meets or exceeds sales and call execution goals.
Own sales performance, ensuring forecasts and budgets are achieved or surpassed in line with therapeutic and territory expectations.
Develop and maintain deep insight into local markets, demographics and access dynamics to inform decisions and uncover new opportunities.
Complete all training requirements, including product examinations, to maintain high scientific and clinical credibility in every interaction.
Operate with integrity at all times, complying with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals and the distribution of samples.
Share learnings across the region, mentor colleagues and help embed new approaches that improve launch excellence and commercial effectiveness.
Collaborate across functions to shape the cancer care environment, supporting care teams and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Essential Skills/Experience :
Bachelor’s degree
Desirable Skills/Experience :
Experience in Oncology or specialty care sales
Proven track record in key account management or complex stakeholder environments
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and translate into action plans
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and navigate matrix organisations
Demonstrated capability in mentoring or coaching peers
