Sobre a oportunidade:
Atuar como o principal ponto de contato executivo para uma rede diagnóstica nacional de primeira linha (Tier-1), alinhando o roadmap de inovação da Roche aos objetivos de negócios de longo prazo do cliente.
Liderar negociações de alto valor para dispositivos médicos, produtos de diagnóstico e serviços científicos, gerenciando todo o ciclo de vida comercial de ponta a ponta.
Influenciar times internos (técnicos, científicos e de supply chain) para garantir a excelência operacional e a entrega impecável nos sites do cliente.
Identificar oportunidades de expansão e novas frentes de negócio dentro da pegada geográfica da conta, incluindo diagnósticos especializados.
Habilidades e Experiências desejadas:
Graduação completa preferencialmente em áreas Científicas ou de Gestão. Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado um diferencial.
Experiência sólida em Gestão de Vendas ou Key Account Management nos setores de Life Sciences, Dispositivos Médicos (Medical Devices) ou Indústria Farmacêutica.
Histórico comprovado no gerenciamento e negociação com grandes redes de laboratórios (Big Labs) ou grandes grupos hospitalares no mercado brasileiro.
Expertise em negociações B2B complexas, gestão de P&L e consultoria de saúde baseada em valor (Value-Based Healthcare).
Pensamento estratégico, excelente comunicação executiva e resiliência para navegar em ambientes corporativos complexos.
Capacidade de colocar o cliente no centro das decisões, simplificando processos complexos para gerar valor real ao negócio.
