Key responsibilities for this role include:
Support business and data analysis related to patient affordability, reimbursement outcomes, and access barriers across the patient journey.
Help track and analyze patient support program performance metrics and support the creation of reports, dashboards, and business summaries.
Assist with process mapping to identify operational efficiencies and reimbursement-related friction points within patient services programs.
Analyze patient journey and program data to identify trends affecting coverage approval, out-of-pocket cost, time to therapy, and reimbursement success.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to data-backed project updates and deliverables.
Gain exposure to the U.S. healthcare system, including patient support programs and affordability challenges.
Learn how data and business insights inform market access strategy and patient support program design.
Develop analytical, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills within a healthcare business environment.
Understand compliance, regulatory, and data governance considerations related to patient support and reimbursement programs.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Business or related field. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Strong verbal and written communication including presentation skills.
Able to work in diverse multi-level, cross-divisional and multi-cultural working environment.
Excellent organization skills, takes initiative and is proactive and persistent.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelor’s degree = $20.00/hour; if pursuing Master’s degree = $25.00/hour; if pursuing Doctorate Degree = $30.00/hour.
