Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assist with reviewing the department’s monthly actuals.

• Support the quarterly forecast and annual budget planning preparation.

• Prepare variance analyses to be reviewed by global/local finance partners to ensure P&L accuracy.

• Utilize financial data to prepare presentation materials (ex: waterfalls, bar & pie charts).

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and projects as needed.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• The successful candidate will be preferrable entering their junior or senior year of college and must be enrolled in an accredited college or university majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be considered.

• Must possess knowledge of MS Office; specifically, MS Excel & PowerPoint.

• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadlines.

The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelor’s degree = $20.00/hour; if pursuing Master’s degree = $25.00/hour; if pursuing Doctorate Degree = $30.00/hour.
