Job Description Summary

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for medical devices and components.

Job Description

  • Support AME engineers in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for efficiency gains and defect reduction.
  • Participate in the creation and review of manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and engineering change orders.
  • Conduct time studies and process capability analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production to ensure seamless product introduction.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing challenges.


Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field).
  • Strong academic record.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
